Seana was amazing. Best customer service person so far other than Bill. She was attentive, polite, friendly, and overall great! When I went back to pick up my car, I think she was gone for the day. Another employee was busy with another customer. Meanwhile I stood in front of Patty for many minutes. She eventually asked what we needed. I said I was there to pick up! She was less than pleasant, as always unfortunately. The other employee, whose name I didn’t get, and he must’ve taken oven for Seana, said my car was in the tunnel; that was not my car. Then he just handed me my key and said your car is over there pointing to the parking lot. Very hard to find a good service rep here, I will forever be requesting Seana or Bill and only choosing appointments with them.

I ordered a new tonneau cover 10 days before service appt. I went in for 60k maint and new cover. They ordered wrong cover. Wrong orders happen ... But why was I there for 3 hours ... Bob was good and tried to find me a pickup to use ... But I was mildly pissed bc it took 3 hours ..

Seana was wonderful. She kept me apprised almost daily as my car was being repaired. She also took time when I picked care up to show me where the mice nested under the hood and what I can do to hopefully deter another incident. ????????????

Seana did an excellent job. She is very knowledgeable and kind! She correctly diagnosed the problem (faulty TPMS sensor) and oversaw the repair. She also coordinated my shuttle ride. Great job Seana!
