I WAS EXTREMELY SATISFIED WITH THE WAY I WAS TREATED BY MY SERVICE ADVISOR PATTI WHILE AT SULLIVAN BROS. SHE WAS VERY KIND AND COURTEOUS. SHE TOOK NOTE OF ALL MY ISSUES AND GAVE ME CLEAR EXPLANATION OF HOW MY SERVICE TECH WOULD HANDLE MY ISSUES. I WAS ALSO VERY SATISFIED WITH THE WORK PERFORMED BY MY SERVICE TECH RICH. HE POINTED SOME ISSUES THAT SHOULD BE ADDRESSED IN THE FUTURE, ASWELL AS PERFORMED THE REPAIRS NEEDED ON MY VEHICLE DURNING THIS VISIT. MY VEHICLE WAS RETURNED TO ME WITHE MY ISSUES RESOLVED AND IN CLEAN WELL CARED FOR STATE. OVERALL VERY PLEASED WITH MY VISIT.

I brought my truck in for service Thursday morning. I did receive a call from Chris Thursday evening explaining that the work was not going to finished and they would need the truck overnight. I Never received a call on Friday. I had to call Saturday at noon for an update. If I had not done that, I would not have gotten my truck back until Monday. Unacceptable. I also brought a coupon for 10% off any service. I reviewed my receipt and it does not show any discount applied. Not happy.

Christian was amazingly helpful in making sure my car was diagnosed after a check engine light came on. He made sure the car was repaired during the time frame I needed it to be done. Appreciate his efforts and efficiency.

Seana was amazing. Best customer service person so far other than Bill. She was attentive, polite, friendly, and overall great! When I went back to pick up my car, I think she was gone for the day. Another employee was busy with another customer. Meanwhile I stood in front of Patty for many minutes. She eventually asked what we needed. I said I was there to pick up! She was less than pleasant, as always unfortunately. The other employee, whose name I didn’t get, and he must’ve taken oven for Seana, said my car was in the tunnel; that was not my car. Then he just handed me my key and said your car is over there pointing to the parking lot. Very hard to find a good service rep here, I will forever be requesting Seana or Bill and only choosing appointments with them.
