Just my two cents after my first service this past Tuesday on the 2021 Toyota Tundra. I normally have done all service myself in the past. Had to go off for work and spent the $250 on a ferry round trip to get my truck serviced for the first time. I know it’s not new vehicle , but only two minor things that were not right from when I purchased it originally I figured I would ask to get fixed quick at the first service. Not a big deal! 1. After the front right quarter panel was replaced the rubber shroud on the inside of the door never was secured with the plastic fasteners at all. Just flapping around on the inside door frame. Quick fix 4 Toyota fasteners. 2. The airbag/horn rattles going down the road, one of the screws was loose on the left side is what I assumed. Two little minor things that I asked to be fixed at the service that they said were addressed and fixed. They were not. I know it’s little things , was probably the last appt of the day for the tech, but attention to detail when working on vehicles is a must. These items were noted at check in for the appt. Shame on me for not checking before I left after the 2 hour appt, but I had a boat to catch back to the island. Meanwhile the horn/airbag on the steering wheel still rattles I’ll attempt to fix that and I’ll order the clips online myself. We will see how the oil svc goes in 6 months. Thanks Joe

Four hours to change oil and rotate tires? Ridiculous!

Patty in service is personable knowledgeable and fair and is the only reason that I have stayed having my Hylander serviced with Sullivan Brothers all these years. She is also the one who will hook me up with a quote on trade in when I am ready for a new car (which may be real soon!)

An oil change by appointment should not take 2 hours and 15 mins. I can get an oil change in 15 mins at Valvoline. This is my second experience of extreme waiting times. I am rethinking replacing my 2014 Camry with a newer model because of the service wait times.

Bob was awesome. He greeted me at the vehicle when I drove in, gave me an update from the vehicle was just about completed for service, and greeted me to my car, was asking if I had any questions. He went through everything with me and he actually followed up when I had called with some questions and he did get back to me and Was super helpful! He was fantastic.
