crew scratched the bumper from the exhaust connection hose during service. It is in the video walkaround you send with the report and I have before pictures as well. They also left the vehicle in the driveway with no phone call, no knock on the door, vehicle unlocked and keys in it. I have proof of this on home security camera as well. The scratches need resolving ASAP.

I have always been treated very well with all of the staff especially in the service department. Longevity of the staff is awesome to be able to carry on conversations like old friends!

Patty Majeski ai an asset to your company. She not only is a great salesperson,she took extra time to make me understand how to keep my car running during the coldest months. She deserves a raise. I came in without an appointment because of an issue with a flashing low tire sensor. Seana explainged that she would have it looked at but it would be a long wait which I fully expected. You identified the problem replaced the sensor and Iwas on my way by 2:00pm. I really appreciate the communication and prompt service.
