I brought my car in for an oil change yesterday. When I picked it up there was a rattling/clicking sound coming from the passengers side when I tried to turn my fan/heat on high. It sounds like a plane is taking off. I called the service desk and they said it was likely debris caught on the filter (like a leaf) when they took it out and put it back. I now have to drive back to the dealer sometime this week to have them fix the sound issue that was not present when I dropped my car off. This is a large inconvenience for me. I wish this was checked before I picked my car up.

10 am appointment. At 12:30, having heard nothing, went to the front desk to find that they were just starting to check my car. What is the point of having an appointment if it takes over 2 hours for them to start the appointment… ridiculous! Very upset

The service in the vehicle was fine. Party did a great job; however with what I spent on service, how the hell do you charge $60.00 for wipers? That’s ludicrous. I will NEVER have you change the wipers again. I thought maybe they were so special they were laced in gold, but I was clearly wrong! You should be ashamed! I have never been disappointed with Sullivan’s service but this action actually changed that. I am very disappointed with you. It was a snap on wiper for Gods sake are we really that desperate?? NEVER AGAIN!! I am still in shock!

Christian greets me by first name, ask what the issues are and is there anything else I want them the team to look at. Then he looks for ways he can save me money. He also ask me if I want to schedule my next appointment. The team at this dealership are very professional and knowledgeable.
