This was the second time in a row that I had to wait for over 2 hours for an oil change, that’s ridiculous. Not acceptable I will be looking for another Toyota dealership to perform maintenance services going forward.

Took me a while to figure out the voice part from the tech who worked on my car. He videoed the tires to encourage a realignment. Bob kept me updated on all.

Bill did a great job. Not sure about your mechanics. Tacoma had to be serviced four times for AC issues. The diagnostics should have showed all of the issues and should only have been in once to fix the problems. All of your service team members provide great service and are true professionals!

I came in for a scheduled appointment for an oil change and it took 3 hours for my service they tried to sell air filter and cabin filter to me that are less than a month old Patty Majeski the service advisor was very rude and uneducated . Then the grill on my truck was covered in grease or oil . The service department has really gone hill over the last few years

Patty M. is very rude. Sshe talks over the customer loudly, doesn't listen and is not helpful at all. This was all witnesother customer reps. She told me my part wasn't in and it would be in the next day and she was WRONG. I NEVER WANT TO HAVE HER NEAR ME AGAIN! sed by.
