I was kept standing at the service reception garage area for 20 minutes BEFORE being allowed to say why I had brought in our car. I should have been invited to wait in the waiting room while the service department grappled with the unfamiliar new system—-for which I am very sympathetic—-but I was kept standing there for yet another 20 minutes (!) while the info for servicing my car was entered into the system. Having arrived exactly on time for my 1:00pm appointment, I was still there at 2:00pm, and the shuttle hadn’t even been called to take me back home. Unacceptable across the board. On the other hand, our car seems to have been serviced perfectly, and my inspection sticker WAS updated, which I appreciate. So—-some courtesy toward the client, please, going forward.
