Terrible, I called for an appointment for an oil change and got a confirmation email. When I arrived I was told there was no appointment and had to wait 2 hours to get it done. The service manager tried help as best he could but it still took 2 hours and if I wanted to reschedule I was going to have to wait a week

Bill was very thorough when I arrived. Scanned my car and listened to why I was there. Had a few issues that he addressed before even going into a bay for oil change. He was polite thorough and professional. Was very pleased with my service in Kingston.

As usual.your servoce yeam.was great!! Bob did a famtastic job communicating and heloing me with logistics of a shittle and a loaner car. O didnt even need the loanwr because whwn ingot to the shop, the car justbwent in and the issue was abke to be resolved while i waited. Again, i will.never bring my car anywhere else due to the shuttle shlwevixe, the car pock uo swrcive, and the EXCELLEMT service members yoi have there. Thank uoi for making a vwey streddful.situation much easier to manage.
