I ordered tires on your web site and scheduled my appointment. Work was completed in a timely fashion and I was completely satisfied. Regarding the service advisor Patty. I have interfaced with her over the years and she is always professional and customer focused. When picking up my Corolla yesterday, I noticed the invoice was incorrect due to charges that increased but were not posted to the web. Patty calmly and patiently corrected the invoice. She did this while the only advisor closing out the last hour of the day. Other customers were waiting but she handled the pressure very well and stayed focus on my issue. I am Sullivan Bros. appreciates her expertise and customer skills. Thx! John

Christian was extremely helpful and listened to me, as I had a noise in the car that would not go away. He had one of the mechanics ( Jeff) who rode with me in the car- I was able to replicate the noise and it was fixed. I felt that I was listened to.. which is the best feeling.

I brought my truck for oil and tire rotation. I also had a rattling noise underneath my vehicle which I suspect was a loose clamp. When I returned Patty said they did not have a technician to look at the cause of the rattling noise. It had been 3 hours since I dropped off the vehicle. I did not have time to wait any longer. She also Stated I needed a cabin filter which would cost $90 to replace. I bought a new filter myself for $19 and replaced it myself In literally 3 minutes. Beyond dissatisfied and frustrated!
