My appointment was for an oil change and rotating tires and it took 2hrs and 15 mins to complete. That is unsatisfactory, luckily I did not have other plans that afternoon!!! With that said, I was told upfront that the work would take a bit longer and the woman that checked me in and out was very courteous and apologetic! I completely understood and asked if you were short on help! I understand businesses are having problems with hiring help, so I am not dissatisfied w/ Sullivan Bros, I hope you can get the help you need and get back on track! Good Luck, your loyal customer!

Bob was very helpful with every question I had regarding the wear of my brakes, ensured I was taken care of even without ample staffing, and got my new insurance company claim to go through faster by having route 44 finish their paperwork. Even when a part needed to be delivered, my car was ready as fast as it could be, considering the shortages of staff and multiple other cars ahead of me .
