I had an 8:15 appointment for a sticker. I was there for over an hour and a half. What was the point of having an appointment. Bill was very kind and apologetic, but it certainly wasn’t his fault. If you are going to provide stickers, you need to have a better system. Very disappointed as I have always had good experiences with the3 cars we have purchased there.

Patti was fine. My dissatisfaction with my service visit yesterday is totally with the length of time it took to do the ROUTINE "rotate tires and check all fluids" servicing. I was waiting for almost two hours (one hour, 50 mins.) I understand, according to Patti, that you are short-staffed and that things can get backed up. BUT, your customers' time is as valuable as anyone else's. My two-hour wait time was not justified, especially since I was told my wait would be one hour (which, in the past it has been). I suggest management schedule its appointments for servicing more realistically. And, instead of spending resources on videos of our cars upon arrival, spend them on finding more service techs. An attractive and comfortable waiting area does not make up for inadequate management of everyone's time!

No not satisfied I waited over an hour from my appointment time and there was still two people ahead of me that's crazy I could have went to my neighborhood gas station won't come there ever again for my inspection I should have been told ahead of time I could it could have saved me
