The Labor dollar amount was excessive for the work that was done. Plus the Labor cost for the additional work was outrageous. Over $1000? Regards, Mike.

The service provided was of your usual high quality. Your recommendation to remove and replace the cabin air filter for $71.91 was over the top. I returned home and did the job in 5 minutes with a high quality filter that cost less than $12.00. There was no "stale, musty, or smoky smell..." and no need for your $112.45 AC Refresher Service. I find the presence and prices of these two items disappointing. They make me wonder about some of your other charges. I've been relying on your services for 10 years.
