There was confusion about what I wanted done to my car. I brought the car in for prepaid maintenance and almost $400 later I was out. I had planned to renew the maintenance agreement and come back to have the other work done but the technician had already started the work. Because of that I was not able to do the maintenance agreement. Also the price I paid was not the same as the price indicated in the email I received.
