Service dept is always friendly and extremely informative and helpful. You might want to change your timing on your survey delivery text. 7am on a Sunday is a bit too early for me

Sam was great! The service center at Sullivans’ Toyota are none like any other dealerships I have worked with. The service providers collaborate with one another to offer the BEST price available. Shout out to Bob who is also a wonderful service adviser who leads that team!
