Bill is a gem. (Kingston Toyota). He is always pleasant and patient. He is also thorough and explains everything my vehicles need. When I walked in and didn’t see him, my heart sank. I do not like the new procedure of service advisor coming to vehicle. I don’t see the sense of it. Customer still need to get out of car. What is the advantage of this extra step?
