Rep was nice and helpful, however when I asked what the total price was going to be when I dropped my car off he said he didn’t know. I was getting an oil change and tire rotation. 2 set prices. What he guessed was thankfully $30 higher than what it was but I would think your staff should know this. Also I was told there was a problem with my less than 2 year old tires and the problem would have developed over time and NOT happened spontaneously. When I asked why this was the first I had heard about the problem and that it had not been caught at any other multi point inspection, he didn’t know. Allegedly the interior tread of my tires has worn down but they only have 38k miles on them and service has been exclusively done at Sullivan Bros and it has NEVER been mentioned to me as a problem before. The rep claimed that it was my driving that wore them down which while plausible, I find very difficult to believe. Again he couldn’t answer my question about why this was just being shown to me now and it on any of the last 2-4 multi point inspections and he again didn’t know. I do want to stress he was not rude just didn’t know and I found that very surprising on both.
First, Bob was great. However, as a first time customer who just moved to Plymouth, there were aspects of the process, the timing, and pricing that left me dissatisfied. Happy to discuss.

Seana is a treasure. She has amazing Customer Contact skills. I totally trust her guidance and makes me feel like a valued customer. No one touches my car but Sullivan technicians! I'm 77 and my 2015 Rav4 has 20,015 miles. I take care of it and rely on it to be in top condition.
I also appreciate Chris who always greets me with a smile and kind words. You have a great team! I have always recommended Sullivan Brothers to friends & neighbors. Keep up the great work!

I called the day before for an appointment for an oil change and inspection sticker. You had all afternoon open. I picked 115 pm . Well my car was not ready until 4 pm . 2 hours and 45 minutes seems a long time to wait.
Christian is the ultimate pro. He has a very nice way about him.
You guys do a decent job, but I’ve had two Audis and two Porsche’s before this and their level of service is far beyond yours. They clean your car every time you come in. They keep you posted on how the service is going without you needing to call.
It’s just different and you guys aren’t set up to compete. I might as well go to my local mechanic.

Christian is very professional and along with the rest of the staff. I have been dealing with Christian for the past 8 years and he is straight forward with me if they find anything wrong with my 2017 highlander or 2021 RAV 4 Prime. We Have worked with Bob for years . He has been a super employee for Sullivan. When he the service department we were disappointed. But then he came back. He’s very pleasant and caring. He manages to find time to take care of us at all times. Christian is also as nice and a great back up for Bob. Two very special guys who we look forward to take care of our needs at Toyota.
My appointment for grease, oil and MA inspection was for 10:15. I Arrived earlier than that. When I pulled into service area I was not greeted as I always have been, no one came to the car. The area was wet and I walk with a cane. My car wasn’t ready until 12:15 pm. I feel this is totally unacceptable for the services I had performed. I was never advised during the wait of what was going on, i.e. running late, illness. I had to go and ask how much longer. I have severe spinal stenosis and sitting or standing is very hard . It certainly was today. I have never encountered this situation before .

I brought my car to Toyota for the best care. Changing 3 fuses for over $700 in labor costs did not give me a good feeling. $700 doesn’t seem like a lot of money but it is for some people. I’m all for people making money but that just doesn’t seem fair to me, it should not of taken that long to do and I was kept in the dark for 2 days before my car got looked at, but I was patience just to get over charged, it makes me want to bring my car elsewhere for service
