I'm satisfied with the service on my car however my interactions with Patty were very frustrating. She was abrasive, rude, and not attentive. While I have had positive experiences with Sullivan in the past (Bill and Christian are great), I will likely not return to Sullivan after my most recent experience.

I made an appointment pulled in service center driveway the nice man greeted me and said someone will come out in a minute to scan vin number on your door fine Patty came out open my door and I went to get out of my truck she said hold on no one told you to get out loudly Then she scanned and I got out she seemed very stressed I was told my truck would take 2 hours so I opted to be driven home and wait for her call After 2 hours my girlfriend drove me up and if it wasn’t ready I would wait when we pulled up there was my truck in the service driveway great I said just in time my girlfriend dropped me off and in I went to see Patty She saw me and said I’m not ready for you yet and whisked me off to the waiting area 30 minutes went by my truck is sitting there I finally went in to see her and she said I’m doing the best I can did you see me go to the ladies room that’s the first time I went today not only was she stressed out but she me stressed out too lol paid up and on my way out I took Bob Witt’s card I will make sure I request him next time

Profiled by advisor who was combative at check in and didn’t treat me with respect. Awful interaction where advised was combative and treated me like I didn’t know my own car repairs. Preferred advisor who checked me in at past 2 visits . Until he responded to me with other advisor that it wasn’t repaired last time b/c not on service receipt. And like service advisor who ‘d helped me previously said I had fixed it elsewhere since because the bilateral parts weren’t matching. I said no 3 times and while I was told they didn’t charge me for labor( like under 5 mins anyway.) which was ridiculous to imply in my control when part I paid for was broken because of previous misinstallment of wrong part? Therefore not sure if I will ever go back after this. Like other Toyota dealerships I have been to Plymouth to Hyannis seem to treat women differently. I don’t care for it.

This is my second experience at pickup (5pm) where the woman was completely overwhelmed and very negative. She might need another customer service person to help her. She told me I had to wait at least 10 minutes because she was busy. I was the only customer there.
