Bill is great and a very nice gentleman and a pleasure to work with. He has always been knowledgeable with his trade He kept me updated while I waited for my 4 Runner. Bill walked me back to the Bay to collect a few things He introduced me to the Service Engineer. Everything was clearly communicated. He said it would be a while, so he provided me with a rental car. He called me and kept me updated on the status of my vehicle.. I thank Bill for taking such good care of me.

Bob Witt was good as always. I had an 11:00 appointment for a state inspection and oil change. Your service department seemed to be over booked. I was there for nearly 3 hours. If I knew I was going to be there for so long, I would have asked for/ expected to be offered a shuttle ride home.

Patty was amazing, right from the moment I walked into the service center! She and her colleague greeted me right away, and Patty did a quick assessment on the problem of my vehicle. I didn’t have to wait too long for it to be fixed - 20 minutes, tops - and she was very helpful all the way through. She also took the time to book an inspection appointment so I wouldn’t have to call back another time. I worked with Patty in the past as well, so I was very happy to have her knowledge and expertise during this visit. Patty is a keeper. Thank you for your help, Patty!

There should be some sort of car wash in the service area For instance Prime Toyota has one in West Roxbury It would go a long way for customer satisfaction

Disappointed that my vehicle was not fixed correctly the first time and being charged for additional parts that were impacted because not fixed correctly initially. Would not handle correctly over the phone. Required face to face communication for manager to give me the parts at cost. Would be happy to give full details verbally
