I couldn't be more happy or appreciative for the service and understanding Dave has provided for me. It hadn't been the most favorable start to a year I've ever had, and Dave's knowledge and approach to help me comprehend what I needed to do to keep my car on the road, should be a service standard. I'd also like to mention Erin, who was extremely pleasant and kind during the payment portion of my business with your company. I've already decided that I'll be coming over to Toyota when the time comes to purchase my next vechicle. And Sullivan Brothers will be where I come to because of the people in your service department. You've got s great team there! Marc W

I have been a customer for years and Bill Collins has taken care of my vehicles for over 30+ years. I trust him. He is forthright and explains everything to me. He answers my 50 questions never getting annoyed with me, (I have a history of asking 50 million questions and being annoying). Oh, and He returns calls! I dread the day Bill is no longer “my go to guy” Like I looked around today at the staff in service, watching their interactions with customers, trying to pick out someone I would pick to “be my person” if Bill wasn't there. Well, let’s just say, I’m happy I don’t have to make a choice cuz Bill was there today for me and my Toyota which needed svc. Oh, and Bill the shuttle Driver is a super nice, kind and competent driver. He has a great memory! Thank you for this survey! Catherine C
