I travel all the way to Sullivan due to less than satisfactory service department experiences over a 4 yr period. McGee is equally as good as Sullivan, but have found Sullivan to be a bit closer to where I live when making appointments on my day off and not working in Boston. I wish wait times were shorter but seems to be common at every service department post-covid. Appreciate the clean and friendly atmosphere and comfortable waiting area at every Toyota Dealer.

I went to another dealership for my previous service and was very disappointed. They didn’t give my car the extra care that Sullivan Brothers Nissan had given my previous Rouge. So since I now have a Sienna, I decided to go to Sullivan Brothers Toyota, and I was treated by very polite service men. They helped me with my walker, explained what would be done, and that it might take longer because it was a 6 cylinder vehicle. When it was done, I received the same kind help. A+++

Christian Small was friendly, attentive and professional from start to finish. The waiting room is lovely and clean. I intend to become a Sullivan Bros. service customer for my 2018 Lexus RX 350 from this point forward. My oil change and tire rotation was competed in a timely fashion as promised ! Thank you Sullivan Bros and thank you Christian Small ! Christian is an exemplary employee who represents your interests well.
