Christian was great. No issue there. Unfortunately there were other issues. Initial appointment was overbooked/ Was told short staffed/ I explained how I was doing my part as a loyal customer in coming to Sullivan Brothers. I mentioned that there is another dealership (McGee) right in Hanover/ Was told that not only was I coming there for loyalty but also the attention to detail AND professionalism. Initial appointment was rescheduled for Saturday AM/ Arrived earlyoil was changed quickly out the door reasonably quickly Found significant oil leak on driveway Monday evening/ Forced to take Tuesday off from work to get car evaluate/ Brought it back Tuesday AM/ Was initially told that everything was tight and no leaks found. Was advised the would clean the oil in the heat shield and recheck/ Christian came back and told me that they ran the vehicle and found that the gasket was leaking/ Repairs were made. Please contact me to further discuss it.

As long as Sullivan Brother's Toyota is doing their part (meaning provides the Service that im paying for ) than we ll be in good standing positions That's the reason why i stopped doing business with my previous Dealership well after 26 yrs of partnership. So you do your part..... and ill keep my part.

Getting in touch with a service member was extremely difficult today. I called 3x with no call back and finally the last time the team member on the phone was able to help me. I was disappointed that it took from 9am the first time I called until 110pm to actually be able to speak with a service member which took me calling for the third time.
