Jim was nice. I don’t know who’s in charge but to announce new tires and brakes needed after they had it for 8 hours and to tell me 4WD is fine even though I’ve had vehicle since new and clearly 4WD is not supposed to stick for minutes and a loud bang occur when it finally slips in. Also said that I couldn’t get an inspection sticker from them because of the tires….and waited to tell me this when I showed up to get it and rush to a ferry to get the car back home. Once I didn’t agree to the 9th inning add ons….It was a “here are your keys; have a great day”….this won’t go anywhere because there’s zero accountability and nobody actually cares about people at your dealership. So I had to take a day off work. Spend 300$ on a ferry to get brake fluid. Sick guys. Solid. Just another customer you gifted a bad day to and won’t lose sleep over. Cheers.

The work on my car was fine but I had to wait 2 1/2 hours just to get a sticker and if you were backed up that far, I would prefer a call to see if I would like to change my appointment time and day

I’ve been very pleased with Bob Witt and the service I’ve received. Also the waiting area is very comfortable with snacks and water etc provided. The Ladies Bathroom is very clean also.

Bob explained all the concerns & options with detailed expertise. We discussed the best procedures to take keeping the overall costs in perspective. These were not easy decisions as a customer but Bob was intent on emphasizing the most important issues especially the critical safety issues ! This was truly appreciated.

I appreciated Bill‘s thoroughness. I watched his videos of him, checking out my truck from underneath which I think is absolutely awesome. He pointed out all of the things he did, all of the things he checked and helped me feel at ease with the service I received kudos to Bill! And kudos to SULLIVAN TOYOTA. There’s a reason why I drive nearly an hour to get my oil change here. It’s because I feel the service is second to none.
