Had a 10:30 am appointment. We checked in, then went to the waiting room where we waited 3 hours until we went out to see our service person only to be told that they hadn't even touched the car yet. You would have thought that someone would have come out in those 3 hours to tell us they were running late!!!! We told them to do the inspection and leave the other things we wanted done until another day. That was ridiculous!!!!

Bill is super helpful, and he helped me make my follow-up appointment to work on the potential issue with my heating/cooling in my car. I do want to note that I have a new rattling noise that started in my car since I left the service department yesterday. I’m not worried about it since it rattles only when on the highway (aka high speed) and I have my follow-up appointment for January 2.

Went in for oil change and tire rotation and drove out, checked my slip and tires had not been rotated. They took it back in to do but had already been there 1 1/2 hours and then had to wait another 20 minutes. My time is with something.

Christian was a great help. He clearly communicated and helped make things easy. He was the best part of my experience with Sullivan Toyota. On another note, your online booking is odd. Why bother to have a slot ever 15 minutes when there's no cap to how many people can select the same time. Since there are slots it makes it seem that you're choosing a specific service time when that's not the case. I ended up waiting 2 hours for a tire rotation. It would be helpful to indicate an estimated wait time for the time slots if you keep them uncapped.
