If I could I would give Patty 100 stars. She went above and beyond expectations to help the timing of our service work because of our personal situation and we really appreciated that. She also went the extra mile to follow up with communications on her day off to check on our status and follow up with me. Who does that?!!! I also would like to commend our technician, Christian for working with Patty to help us out. They both were terrific and I can’t say enough how much we appreciated their efforts.

The quality of work is outstanding ( that’s what keeps me coming back) BUT!!!!! Please stop over booking . The past 4 times I’ve come just for a simple oil change it’s close if not over 2 hours when the actual work takes 45 minutes…. I feel really bad for the people who work the desk because they are getting to deal with all the pissed off customers… again I love Sullys but these long **** waits gotta stop …..

What is the process that needs to be followed to file a complaint. Hood latch was broken, hood was not latched and this was not told to me when car was returned to me. I discovered this when on the highway. I would like this reported and the issues resolved at Toyotas expense

I waited 3 hours to have my routine service done. I had to go out and ask for my car, it was parked in the lot. I would have been there for even longer if I didn't tell them I wanted my car to leave. It was ridiculous. Very disappointing and I always encourage people to come to this location.

I had a customer loyalty service coupon to use towards today’s service however I forgot to bring it in from my car to the service area. It expires at the end of January. I called my Service Advisor Bob and he said no problem - he authorized the use of the coupon toward my next service visit. This was a courtesy that was very professional & very much appreciated. I’ll be back!

My previous dealer always cleaned my car inside and out before they returned my car to me. I really appreciated this perk as a sign they cared that their clients were happy. So when my RAV4 was returned to me dirty a second time, I was disappointed. I am going to be honest with you because you asked for feedback. I am sure calling me "dear" may have been well-meaning, but it was a superficial attempt to appear kind. It is NEVER appropriate to call a stranger "dear". I have been calked this before at other dealerships (both sales an serbice), so I suspect it is taught on the job. It may have worked in the 1960's, but now it comes off as condescending to women. I have mever spoke up before, but I thought I'd give your customer relations a chance to benefit from a truthful reply. I am not the only person who will appreciste your taking me seriously.

As usual service was great. Christian was very helpful and went beyond by fixing my center caps which I didn’t even know were broken.
