Was a pleasure to have service at your facility. Great waiting area. It was also a pleasure dealing with Bill. He explained everything that was being in a timely And easy to understand fashion. Would look forward to dealing with him every visit.

I was not happy when I received a text that suggested I needed a $200+ brake fluid job (20K or 2 years). I refused it and when I returned to the shop had them check when I last had it done… not even a year ago!

I didn’t get an explanation why my battery test failed (a year or two earlier than expected?). I wish they’d tell me more about how dire the tire situation was. I think they were so busy on a Saturday they can’t really spend time being clear about issues they found with my car.

Sullivan motors was unable to reprogram the factory remote starter . It is factory installed, and you should be able to redo this process with no problem however, I was told it's not factory which it is when you couldn't do it. I was referred to auto sound to check out this problem..

Bill was great. He kept me informed of what they were doing to my vehicle and suggested an option to fix my radio and Bluetooth that ultimately saved me $1000. Very happy with Bill and the service team.

I brought it in because the wireless charger wasn’t working. After two hours of waiting they said there was nothing wrong with it even though the salesman told me to have it looked at. I left and tried it again and again it doesn’t work. I don’t have time to be bringing it in over and over .

I made an appointment for an oil change/tire rotation. Upon arrival, I was told the service would be a two hr. wait which I thought was long but I was already there. It turned out to be just shy of 4 hrs. There is absolutely no excuse for making a customer, who made an appointment, end up waiting 4 hrs. for an oil change! You claim to deliver the highest quality service…. Nothing could be further from the truth and I am disgusted with the customer service I just experienced!

Service was very long They should not book appointments so close together if not enough time to do the work It took me 49 minutes on hold to get an appointment then when I got there it took 2.5 hrs just to do a tire rotation
