I drive up from the Cape to get my car serviced under a maintenance contract so it’s a small hiccup but annoying that after the tires were rotated, the technician did not turn off the low tire pressure warning. So now I have to take it into a Honda dealer here or make another trip up to you. Not a big deal…just annoying. We bought both of our vehicles @ Sullivan Bros & normally love the service.

The scheduled appointment took extremely long (~2 hrs) for just an oil change/tire rotation, despite getting there before the start of the appointment. Also, the person at the desk kept trying to upsell me multiple times even after I made it clear that I wanted to pass on the upsellings. The person also kept asking the same questions multiple times after I had answered them and generally delayed the whole process. I don't think I'll be going back unfortunately.

Service manager Bob explained everything regarding what would be done and when it was finished went over everything. I was taken on time for my appointment which was extremely important to me.

I have been loyal for many years and I think it’s safe to say that I will NEVER step foot in that dealership again. I fell like I have been treated very poorly for a few years now and enough is enough. The games, gimmicks and nonsense really need to be addressed with your entire dealership starting with the service department. I’m truly disappointed!!!
