The 10,000 mile service seems to have been done well. My issue was the time it took. We were told it would take about 30 minutes. It ended up taking 1 hour 45 minutes. Had I known it would have taken that long, I would have better prepared for.

Christian Small was extremely professional and personable. I met him for the first time and he left such a positive impression on me. I hope your company rewards such a person. I came home and told my husband about how I was treated and the laughs Christian and I shared. Told my husband someone like Christian can not help but lift all those he works with. It makes a difference.

They did not fix the issue nor inform me on the new details on the fact that the key fobs no longer work. I could have saved the trip and fixed this before. Information should have been sent out by Toyota.

Patty is the best. She goes way out of her way to help you with today's service but schedules your next one. Gets us rides home if we need them **** the driver is great also.

I should say No not satisfied however the staff understood my situation and I understood their situation of having a lot of cars to work on each day. My car had no appointment and was in there because it sometimes did not start. The car was there 2 separate times for 4 days each in the month of January for the same problem. It was a difficult diagnosis and I’m not sure if it is solved. I still have faith in the mechanics and I will still bring my car to Sullivan Toyota because it is close and they helped with the shuttle and the staff provided good communication and I like the waiting room and I understand it was a difficult situation

Never ever using Sullivans Toyota again!!!!! They were supposed to pick up my car Friday morning but they were 2 1/2 hours late. By the time they got here I had already rescheduled for today. Today they were 1 1/2 hours late. They kept my car for almost 8 hours without letting me know what was going on. I wasted all day…8 hours waiting to get my car back. I am so very angry!!!! I’ve already found a different Toyota dealer. I will buy my next car from them!!!!

I left my Highlander overnight Friday for a scheduled 10 am appointment on Saturday. I requested the service to be completed by noontime. This was written on the envelope I left my keys in with Patty. At 2 pm I still had no message from you so I called. After waiting 15 minutes on hold I was notified that the work had not yet begun on my vehicle. I was notified that I could pick up my vehicle at 4:15 pm which was quite inconvenient as I had plans for that evening and needed my vehicle.

My car was serviced in a good amount of time and I only had to wait an hour. My only critique is to please let customers know if you have the parts to fix their car before they come in. I came in a week prior to get the door edge guards of my Corolla replaced and after waiting an hour and a half I was told they weren't in stock despite being told they would be when they scheduled my appointment. They rescheduled for this appointment on January 25 and they got it done in a good amount of time.

Bob was great, referred me to the Toyota care for remote start issues. The service even with an appointment did take more than 1.5 hours.
