I didn’t mind the 3 hour wait. But Patti confused me with another customer which not only extended the wait time but increased my payment. She apologized when she realized what had happened. My text notice told me I needed a new battery. My car was waiting without the new battery then had to go back to the shop. I waited patiently and Patti never notified me that my car was ready. I saw a text that was sent 20 minutes previously that it was ready. I’m done dealing with her after so many years! More than 10. My friend who also used to go through Patti, and I called her the “crazy lady”. My friend died 6 years ago. I thought of her today, as I always do when I’m at Sullivan Brothers. I so wished we could’ve laughed together.

I look forward to each visit to Sullivan Brothers Toyota of Kingston. The staff is superb, and the work done on my Tacoma is first rate! Also, the building itself is immaculate with excellent amenities, coffee, tea, snacks etc, and comfortable recliners to sit in. Today I met a new intake person, Shauna. She could not have been better! She came out to greet me and pulled up my account telling me the service about to be performed on my truck. She was extremely friendly and upbeat making me feel as if I was the only person she was going to see today. Shauna is a great addition to Sullivan’s. Another wonderful experience!

Service received and performed was excellent at every level. Service advisor was courteous, on task and very efficient. Keep up the great work, it’s why I come there in lieu of Toyota dealers in the area where I live, and I’ve been to 6 or 7 of them. Many thanks !!
