Christian was efficient and explained everything well. I have found in the past that communication at Sullivan‘s could be improved, in reference to keeping customers informed as to how long their car will be out of commission. Customers need to plan their day around car service. Communication is key. Sullivan has always been stellar.

I bought the 2021 jeep unlimited three weeks ago.i noticed a light on the dash that indicated there was a problem with the start/stop system so I called the service dept. the person I spoke to told me that this was a Toyota dealership and they did not service jeeps. I told him that I bought it there and he put me on hold when he came back told me to bring it in, I was not to keen to bring it after that so I skipped the appointment.

I appreciate the service on my 2018 Toyota Tundra “ .!!” I have to say it’s disappointing that you charge me 3.5hrs to change oil and install spark plugs.!!” Which would only take , less then 60 minutes.

Please let me know when the parts to replace the door edge guards of my 2024 Toyota Corolla LE are in to schedule the appointment. I came in today and waited an hour and a half at the dealership only to be told they weren't in. I was told when I scheduled the appointment for today January 18 that they'd be in by today but unfortunately they weren't. I would suggest in the future to let customers know if their service or repairs cannot be performed ahead of time so that they do not end up in a situation like mine today.

Had to wait 4 hours for an oil change and to have recall notice fixed. Couldn’t take shuttle home as we live off of old exit 3. Additionally, watched friends of the mechanics, who came in after us, have their car done before ours. I’ve never had a problem with Sullivan Brothers and have been buying cars here for 25+ years. I’m shocked.

Glad somebody finally picked up on the fact that there was something wrong with the linings of my tires. I had to continuously stop and get air! People told me it was because I didn’t drive much.
