Overall, I am highly satisfied with the experience. The only reason I said I was not completely satisfied is because I wanted a qualified staffer to **** me to my car when it was up on a rack so I could see possible damage to the undercarriage. It is unacceptable that a very small number of complainers have such a negative effect on the real world for a reasonable people dwell. And it be who's business people not to give in to the minority of people who think they have a right to boss everybody else around and tell them what they can and cannot do. By this, I am talking about members of the public, which you have empowered to disallow me from looking underneath my own car when it is up on the rack. I know well about liabilities and all of that. But I continue to find it. Unacceptable that you cannot walk with me to the shop and show me the undercarriage of my car when it is right there and completely safe to do so. It is time that businesses and their customers act like adults and do not give in to the insane among us.

When I was almost home, I received the tire pressure low warning. I had just had my tires rotated and aligned and I assumed the pressure had been checked. After getting them checked at a gas station, we found that all four tires were low. Why wasn't this checked during my appointment with you?
Other than that, I was pleased with my visit.
