The issue isn’t resolved. I brought my car to get diagnosed on Monday. Part was ordered and it was installed on Thursday. The engine light came back on after a few hours later. I was told to bring the car back. So this will be my third trip for repairs in five days.
I scheduled an oil change for 10:30. My car was not finished until 12:30. No one came by to give me an update on what was taking so long. I went up to service desk around 12:25 and asked if there was a problem. I do not understand why an oil change takes that long. (It is not the first time I have had to wait over an hour for an oil change. I was there less than an hour when I had a brake job done.

Everything was absolutely great. I asked how long I would be there and they were pretty much right on with the estimate.
I have no complaints whatsoever about the service or the personnel working at Honda. Cost was a little high. Perhaps you should work on that.
I plan on buying another Honda as soon as I can acquire the funds once again you guys are great
Joe and his staff we so nice and helpful through the whole process! The waiting lounge was nice and spacious and comfortable to wait in! Went in for an oil change and they threw in a complimentary 4 point inspection which was also really nice!
Joe prints out some quotes on tires for me and explained things in details when I didn’t understand!

The service advisor, **** Mays, couldn’t have been nicer or more thorough. I’m just really upset that I agreed to a new battery because I feel like it was priced WAY TOO HIGH. I should have gone somewhere else for that and will probably go elsewhere for service in the future. I came in for an oil change and tire rotation with a coupon for $54.95 and ended up leaving paying $366. Apparently the coupon was only good for labor. Even though **** gave me a couple more coupon deductions, I feel like I paid far too much.

Megan did a great job helping me. She is fast and takes care of you with everything she got me in and out of there the fast as she can.she is kids and and caring.She is a keeper. I see her every time I am in the dealership. Thank you all. Everyone was so nice.
