Meagan is always professional & personable as well. I believe she has my best interest in mind regarding safety and my upcoming trip to Alaska. I feel confident in her abilities to assess my car and, without the hard sale, I’m getting the parts and things I need for my trip. I always try to see Meagan when I’m there. Excellent customer service. I was treated with respect and felt like my business, no matter how small, was important any appreciated. I did not feel like that the other Honda dealership. **** was excellent and kept me informed wvery step of the way and explaining everything. I will be back to your dealership, even though ‘the other one’ is closer. It is worth the few extra miles to be treated with courtesy. Good relationships. Costs are substatially more which hurt us old retirees even if my driving is questionable at 94 years old. What about an extension in Sevierville!

Appointment time was 8am. I did not receive any information about my vehicle until I called early afternoon. After I called I was told what the trouble was and price to fix with estimated pick up time after I okayed the price.
