I have been buying vehicles from and having those vehicles serviced by Airport Honda since 2007. Today I learned for the first time, after my vehicle had been serviced and immediately before I was to pay for that service, that there would be a 3% up charge for using a credit card. I was informed that there would be no up charge if I paid by check, debit card, or with cash. I don’t use a debit card, as they provide no financial benefit to the consumer, and I wasn’t informed of this policy in advance, so I did not make a point of bringing my checkbook or hundreds of dollars in cash with me. I will be making inquiry into whether West Side Honda charges its customers for the mere use of their credit cards.
Megan was fantastic. Organized for me to be taken to work and then picked up afterwards to come pick up my truck. Also ordered a part for an additional repair. Very satisfied with the airport Honda and everyone that I interacted with.

I have been trusting Airport Honda since 2018 when I bought their Honda CRV. I intend to keep this Honda for as long as I can and because of that bring it to be serviced there. I always ask that Meagan Pless be my service advisor and she was extremely helpful yesterday in my deciding to again buy my tires from Honda Airport. Thanks Meagan and Airport Honda!
I told them I have a rattle in the right front pillar speaker and they put foam under the license plates! The rattle was still heard, where I said within a half mile!! L
