Megan is a wonderful person to know. She was very pleasant,happy and very knowledgeable about her job. When I drop off my car she always greets me with a smile and very eager to help. 1. I was blindsided by service charge added to my credit card for already high prices. 2. Oil light was not reset. Was oil changed? 3. Someone had gone through glove box leaving item on seat.
