It took over 25 minutes to get my car. I received several text messages telling me my car was ready. When I went to pay the paper work was not ready so I waited for that then when I got that done the person I paid with said my car was ready and keys weee in it. My car was no nowhere to be seen. It took another ten minutes to have my car brought to me before I could leave. Also for the first time I did not get a discount for working at Denso. We make Honda car parts. I’ve never not gotten a discount for being in the car part manufacturing business at any Honda location. It felt like the Associates working weee not getting much support from their supervisors. Maybe they were short handed but it wasn’t busy and took too long to get my car.
Went to pick up my car and was very disappointed!! Dropped my car off with very high intentions and left so unsatisfied! Especially considering I just bought a brand new car from this dealership!
I told your team today. I sat in the waiting room with a woman on speaker with a friend.. they talked for over an hour. I went and walked outside for awhile and came back to get still talking (all of us waiting were looking for somewhere to be) came back and still chatting…I went I to your area for folks who have calls ) and enjoyed not hearing her details. Someone should have told her to go into this area… not an enjoyable waiting experience
When making appointments to fix a windshield make sure the company doing it will show up and not keep the customer for a hour without offering to pay for the gas used to get there and back home.
