Meagan was exceptional! She always goes above and beyond to make sure all my needs were met.
Visiting Gatlinburg, from Pensacola, for three days. Late on the second day our Odyssey gave us problems. Meagan was instrumental in helping me have it towed to the shop the last day and getting it repaired ed for our return trip the next morning. She went above-and-beyound making sure I was cared for by staying a little past "quitting" time when I left. Thank you, Meagan, for our safe return home on schedule with little notice.

Frustrating to me is the Honda co. not having the recall part for my car twice now!

I called prior to ensure the part that was ordered back on 6/24/25 was at the dealership. I was told it was there two days prior to my appointment. When I got to the dealership today, **** was very courteous and helpful. He called the parts department and they told him the part had just arrived today. Thank goodness, or so I thought. However, they were unable to put the part on today because it would take too long after putting 4 new tires on my van. Now, I will have to schedule another appointment and drive back to the dealership to have the part put on. Very frustrating and inconvenient.
Meagan is awesome! She is always friendly and welcoming. She makes sure you understand any issues found and explains it perfectly!

My disappointment is with Honda: I’ve had 3 batteries replaced in 46,000 miles and almost ready for a 4th! I was told it was because I don’t take enough long trips to fully charge it. Absurd! Of all the Hondas I’ve owned never before was this the case. Something seems “fishy”’
