She was great very patient with all my questions,super helpful with taking the time to walk me through what I needed to know. Went the extra mile to make sure everything was completed before her shift ended... Great to see people still take pride in their work

Joe is a great representative of Honda. He is very easy to talk to and helpful. However, a negative thing from my visit today is I find it very tacky for this site to charge the customer for their own credit card processing fees. This seems greedy and desperate on part of Airport Honda.

Megan Pless was very helpful & professional. She walked my through the service process-- let me know about a new service to protect my HRV that I accepted. After the services were completed she explained all that was done & what was found -- she escorted me to make my payment & then to my car where she reset my electronic dash board for me. Thank you Meagan & Thank you mechanics for taking good care of my HRV.
