Everyone was great that I worked with. While waiting, I took the liberty of checking out a few newer vehicles alongside Daniel and was very impressed with how professional and patient he was as we checked out several purchase options. I’m considering purchasing a newer vehicle, and it’s his level of professionalism and patience that causes me to want to stick with purchasing my next vehicle with your dealership. As a consumer, I have so many options to choose from with regard to a dealership, yet it’s difficult to even consider going elsewhere when a salesman is as kind and considerate as he was with me during my most recent visit. I still have some thinking to do with regard to buying a new vehicle, yet even if I hold off on doing so at the moment, I will be sending new clients to him as a result of his professionalism and demeanor. Hats off to him for a job well done. And, hats off to the one who hired him for the job. Every company would benefit from having employees like him. Thank you for a wonderful experience while I waited for my car to be serviced. I’ll definitely be back again, and hopefully I’ll be able to send the dealership additional new clients.
Joe check our car and realized that we were due for 50,000 mile maintenance and almost ready for an oil change. He saved us from having to make an other 2 hr. trip to Airport Honda.
I wanted to say thank you to the service mgr and his employees taking care of me. They changed the locking lug nuts off my car so I was able to get my tires changed. You all have earned all my business
Jeremy was wonderful and I'm sure he did his best under the circumstances. The issue is that I brought my vehicle in for a repair but my complaint was not resolved or properly diagnosed. There were however other repairs that were basic maintenance that would eventually have to be done that I agreed to have done even though it did not resolve the issue that I brought the van in for. After the repairs were made the problem that I brought the van in for initially seem to have gotten much worse. So I returned with the van very upset that I had spent $1,800 and had not resolved the issue. On the second visit the problem was finally diagnosed and repaired and resulted in a $2,500 bill. Needless to say I certainly did not have these two amounts of money available Within a single month income cycle. And because of that I ended up being charged the additional 3% because I had to charge these amounts. It was disappointing that this was the scenario of obtaining repairs to my van. I was also informed that another repair would soon need to be done, but that will have to wait until my income is more sufficient to afford it. After this experience I am considering having my van serviced elsewhere. I have always trusted the dealership despite the higher bill for repairs then what I would be charged at other shops.
