I had the sway bars replaced and an oil change with tire rotation. I also had my front lights polished. It took them six hours to finish. I got there at 8:30. I left at 2:15 PM. I realize it takes a while but they kept telling me it was gonna be done in 30 minutes and then an hour and a half later it’ll be done in 30 minutes an hour and a half later. They changed the bulb in one of my lights inside the cabin then told me that they were charging me for the bulb, even though it is the inside component that needed to be replaced. When I said, why am I being charged for a new bulb when it’s the component that is faulty, the response was well you have a new bulb now, so when the component is replaced youll have a new bulb. I said yes, but the component doesn’t work and needs to be replaced. I was so aggravated. I just let it go. I have also had problems with a light on the dashboard coming on that says “check emissions”. It is an intermittent problem. They have asked me to change four things out, including the gas cap to the tune of $1500. I did it without question. And the light still comes on. I have asked them twice to give me suggestions of what else could be done when I’ve been there only to be met with silence, this time the problem was not even checked out. I thought after six hours they probably were looking into this so I kind of thought it’s forgiven until I got to the front and asked and found out they hadn’t done anything. I have also called a couple of months ago and asked to talk to someone. They said they would have someone call me. I never heard from anybody. I called back a couple of weeks later, same result. To say the quality has diminished is being kind.

Hannah was more than great, but it took way too long to check my battery.Two and a half hours in had to check for information. Hannah took over and I was out in thirty minutes with new battery.
