I had my oil changed and tires rotated. I later went directly to Free Service Tire to have them flush my brake fluid since I know the manager there and they discovered that there was not a wheel lock key in the glove box in the cloth packet that is always is. There were three lug nuts but not a lock key! My wife is leaving for KY early tomorrow morning so I almost panicked!! I call Airport Honda and managed to speak with someone is service and I told him my situation and that the lock key was not put back in our vehicle when the tires were rotated. He put me on hold and then told me that he would have someone bring one to me at the address I was at. A very polite young man from Airport arrived and found a key that fit. He said that he would leave it with me so she will have it on her trip. I wasn’t quite sure what options I have when she gets back……keep it and he could order another one from Honda or I think he said they could get new lock nuts. If that is the case new ones would do it I guess.
The bottom line is that if Free Service Tire had not discovered the lock key was missing and my wife had. Flat in the middle of nowhere, she would have been in big trouble! I am thankful that we got a solution for her trip but am very troubled that the lock key was obviously not placed back in its container in the glove box. To me that is a critical mistake. R Jackson

Oil change took nearly 3 hours, despite having an appointment. Megan was unprofessional, offered no condolences for the extended wait time, and even laughed when telling me that wait time was totally normal.
Great service, super fast. 5 stars.
