You were recommended by Mary at Caliber Collision. Work was completed by Honda in less than an hour. An excellent job all round. FYI, I stopped using Honda service 3 years ago after dealing young service manager who during my first visit to AP Honda, told me that a mechanic said that I needed $4,000 of service work without checking my service records. During a later visit, the same service manager said it would be $149 to ask a question. That was the last straw and I took my business elsewhere. This latest experience has redeemed my opinion of AP Honda and I will consider you in the future.

I had an 8:30 appointment for an oil change and service I left there at 12:00. Now there was a cab filter installed but was ridiculous how long it took. Kept being told we are running 30 minutes behind. Somehow 30 minutes turned into over 3 hours. I have a service plan I purchased with my truck but every time I get a service performed they always try to charge me for it. When I tell the service provider they all of a sudden find that I have the plan. Since this happens every time I believe they are doing this to try to get paid double. Something is just not right about it. I guess I should have never bought a Toyota from a Honda dealership. I sure paid a premium price for a vehicle and service agreement to be treated like this I tell you what.
