They did everything they could to take care of our vehicle didn't outstanding job. Jeremy handled us very very well very understanding and very professional.
Jeremy was superb. He listened carefully to my concerns with the car, and then took the time to walk me through the repairs that were needed. He kept me up do date on the repairs and let know immediately when the car was ready for pick-up. A true professional.

Everything went fine on this visit. As mentioned to the service rep, the last time I got my oil changed at this location, about a week after it was changed. My oil light went on, and I was 2 quarts of oil low. This is very disheartening, considering I only take it to your dealership to get my oil change because I do not trust the little corner store places. I would if not expected the techs to miss something as important as checking the oil. I guess from now on, I will be checking my oil when I get home from your shop. The oil level was fine when I checked this time.
Low tire light came on after I left. Is that a problem?
I completed my comments in a previous message and clicked on the Submit option. But, I did not see any indication on the screen that my comments were properly submitted or that they were received. So, I am not sure if my feedback comments were actually received. I will click on the Submit option again and hope for the best.
I always appreciate the vehicle service that I receive from Airport Honda. In the 12-15 years with multiple Honda vehicles, I have never had to return a vehicle due to a problem with the service after I returned home with it. That’s one of the reasons I continue to bring my vehicles to Airport Honda.
