My wife car was there waiting for parts from Friday morning til the next Tuesday afternoon noon. Greatly inconveniencing our life and work schedules. Never have we received anything but first class service from this dealership until now. We have bought several cars here and both our present cars were bought there and all our service performed there. Greatly disappointed.

Told the attendant in the garage that took my keys that I did not need my tires rotated because I had just recently had that done elsewhere. I did not tell Hannah that because I assumed he would tell her but evidently did not and my tires got rotated at this visit which was not needed as they were rotated 2 months ago and I had only driven approximately 800 miles since then. So that negated what I had already gotten done. Hannah was nice enough to take that charge off my bill. She was very helpful and accommodating. Just wished I had related to HER that I did not need my tires rotated at this visit instead of assuming the garage attendant had told her. So I guess that was really on me/my fault. It was just frustrating. Otherwise good service as usual.
Joe is probably the person I trust most at Airport Honda and I appreciate the effort he puts into taking care of the customer.
