I bought my car at Airport Honda, they have done the servicing as well. I am hoping to trade or purchase a vehicle in a few months. I was asked about an appraisal. I am not ready for a few months.

What was done didn't ompletely fix the problem. A plan is in place to have this taken care of.
Can’t prove it but money was stolen out of car .. only one other person was in her car.. if the mechanic did it it will come back to them .

I was on my way to the South Knoxville Senior Center when I noticed my Engine Light was on. I was close to the Honda Dealership, so I pulled into the Service Center. Even though I had no appointment, I was greeted by Anthony Carrasquillo & told that I could have immediate attention. I asked if I could leave my car & use a Loaner to go to the Senior Center, because I was scheduled to teach a Ballroom Dance Class at 10:00. Anthony said Honda could take me there in their shuttle. I was relieved that I wouldn't have to call & cancel the class while students were expecting me. I then told Anthony to go ahead & get the oil changed. The shuttle driver was courteous & got me to the Senior Centerin got me there by 9:45. After the class one of my students gave me a ride back to Honda. Anthony explained that carbon cleaning was performed & was under warranty. So I only had to pay for the oil change. The cashier was friendly & polite. After paying for the oil change, I told Anthony that I had a new phone & asked Anthony if he would help me pair my new phone to the system. He was happy to do that for me. Anthony, the technicians, the shuttle driver, & the cashier all get 5 stars from me. Thank you Honda.
