The price for an oil change has gotten ridiculous. I've bought Mt last 3 vehicles there and like to get my oil changed with you but I will probably gave my mechanic do it in the future. I was quoted $183.00 for my brake fluid to be changed. Seriously? I had an 11:00 appt and was there until 12:30. It just is no longer a good experience. Your staff however are excellent.

I looked for complimentary bottled water like I had at Economy Honda in Chattanooga, didn’t see any. Never mind, the visit was very quick.

Not sure how the actual service was on my Honda Odyssey. However when I arrived at my home I noticed something sticky on the screen, a greasy looking spot on the driver's side door and my Owners Manual was lying on the floor of the passenger side almost under the seat. ????
