Mary has always been very kind, thorough, and helpful when I have had my car serviced at Honda. Everybody else I have encountered during those times has been friendly too.
Your text automated system gives a different price than discussed and it is very impersonal to text when I'm literally just around the corner. I wait 2.5 hours and showed up a half hour early
I got a text to pay but it was for over a 100 when I owed 35. Was just long and annoying.
Never answered my question about if 90,000 mi. work needed. When they found I needed tires, that’s ALL they addressed with me. When I asked if they did the multipoint inspection, they told me it was done, but I was not told what they found or provided a copy as I usually am. I purchased my car at this dealership in 2015 and have used your service s since then, even though I live in Knoxville. This has definitely had a negative impact on how I view your business.
Could not get through service department by phone. Either no answer or reply to voicemail. Unavailability of a simple wheel bearing caused long delay in fixing car. How a wheel bearing can fail on a new car with only 7k miles is very strange. I dread requiring service department for repairs other than routine maintenance. Better communication would have made me much happier. Thanks/Nick Bontrop.
