I was quoted 1 price and when we got there it was $30 something higher. Joe lowered the price to what he quoted before. The last time we brought the CRV in for a oil change the Asian guy said we needed a battery, we had it checked later at a different place and it checked out with no problems. This kind of things makes me wonder what is really going on. When we bought the CRV it was supposed to of been certified but found out a few days later the back brakes wear worn out.I can maybe understand 1 mistake but 3, this kind of business makes me wonder about Honda of Alcoa.

Everyone was professional and wonderful
It took 2 hours for an oil change with an appointment. I have been using Airport Honda for service over 25 years and the wait times keep increasing. My expectation was 1 hour with an appointment.
