Meagan Pless was so extremely helpful! There were a couple of things I mentioned and she asked if I had an extended warranty and I said probably not. Well she looked and we did so she saved us almost 250 dollars worth of work that was covered! She also let me know what should be done for future work. Thank you Meagan Pless!

Hanna was very pleasant to work with. Plus the tech who serviced my truck did a good job, explaining in a video how the engine stop idle worked. It was just an oil change and a tire rotation but I’m satisfied.

Service today was excellent until time to settle up. My vehicle was brought into the exiting area but then sat there about 15 minutes. Three cars were eventually brought in behind my car. Then those customers were checked out before me although my vehicle was ready before theirs. They had to move my car to let the others out although no one had settled my bill yet. After those three were gone they finally waited on me. I asked why they hadn't called me up to settle before those others and was told it was because they were "running behind". Which makes no sense.

The estimate/assessment appeared to be an overly aggressive attempt to upsell that did not even to take into account that you folks had recently replaced the timing belt. I felt like you folks were trying to advantage of me. Very disappointed and have lost trust in you.

Trying to learn my new vehicle not knowing where everything is he was very helpful for showing me exactly what every button switch or knob did and showed me people like Patrick makes customers come back I really appreciate the hospitality and the concern of my vehicle very appreciated of the atmosphere at airport Honda and I definitely will be back in my future car will be from airport Honda thank you everybody
