Sorry to be overdue replying, but this turned into a very busy day with an unexpected meeting that took quite a while. I have ALWAYS been pleased with every trip to Airport Honda. Just still trying to adjust to the huge new facility and more employees than I can recall being there.

Mary greeted me and communicated/followed up throughout the process. I had a few questions as I was checking out and she answered all of them without issue.
I was told multiple different things were wrong with my vehicle, but upon further inspection, they were wrong about everything but one thing. This company is nothing but money hungry.

Joe went the extra mile to ensure that the recall service was completed. This was the third attempt to get it completed.
As I said, good service. The process of getting the part assigned/reserved for my car is flawed at best. I still have one vehicle awaiting a recall repair. I get notifed to schedule the second repair when there are no parts available. Also, I can't schedule a recall repair alone in the web app. You have to select another repair before the scheduler will work.
Bottom line: Joe did a great job. Your notification system ****. The web app is awkward at best as concerns recall service.
