Was told it was goin g to take 2-3 days to get parts and complete work… did not get my car until 8 days after dropping off… quality of work seems great, timeline created havoc for my family

Zero complaints about megan. I was unhappy with length of time, and the repair. My rock shield/under carrage cover came off when driving home from the dealerahip.

9 out of ten — One recommendation I have and this has been a consistent observation is that when we poor vehicle into the service area, we are not greeted with the technician. Only have to go inside and find someone to talk to. It’s just one small initiative that we’ve always experienced at Honda dealerships that seems to be lacking here. little bit of a motivation issue perhaps. Otherwise, really great.

Very good service. Took longer than expected but all in all very satisfying. There is one thing someone kept popping gum very loudly. I personally think it is very unprofessional to do in the business environment but I am not management Thanks again I will be back.
